Faith.

Proverbs 3:5-6 : Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

That's the thing about God, He knows the way, we don't. We can't figure things out on our own, and have all the answers, we aren't suppose to. That's where Faith matters the most. He knows where we're at, where we're suppose to go, and He knows when we need to get there. We can't, He can, so let Him.

God is consistent with us, even when it feels as if He isn't. That is what Faith is all about, even when you can't see it, and you don't feel it. Have Faith.

Jesus told his disciples " You are the salt of the Earth, you are the light of the world. " You must be the salt and the light, but never self-serving. Salt must add flavor & the light illuminates the others. The salt is to seek to influence the people in one's life by showing them the unconditional love of Christ.

Even when all is quiet, and it feels like God isn't listening, like he isn't there, that is when your Faith needs to be the strongest.

That is what Faith is, to believe, without a shadow of a doubt that God is there, and he's listening, that he's working on it.

So even if it's quiet, and dark, ask yourself this :

What would you do if you knew God was holding your hand every step of the way?

Because He is, He always has been. That is the point of Faith, that is what Faith is.
